Once we have processed your order, you will receive an email from us regarding track and trace of your parcel. You will also receive an email from the shipping company in question. You can always contact us if you have any problems or questions.

1. Do you offer shipping to EU?

Yes, we ship all of our products FREE of charge within the EU.

2. When will my order be delivered?

All orders are estimated to be processed and then delivered around 3-8 business days after purchase. 

In case of uncommon logistics issues, it may take a few more business days. 

Feel safe your order is always in good hands and will make sure to be delivered safely to your address.

3. My order has not yet been delivered.

After the payment has been processed, the products are usually dispatched within 1-2 days. If this deadline has passed, please shoot us an email so we can provide you with additional information.

4. My order has yet to arrive.

If you have not yet received your order, please contact us so that we can look into it. This is due to customs regulations in foreign orders.

5. I'm concerned about the security of my credit card information.

Because we use global secure payment gateways to conduct all of our transactions, you can rest confident that they are entirely secure. 


6. Why was one product provided but not the others?

We have multiple warehouses in different locations for logistical purposes. Depending on stock, your products may be shipped from different warehouses. This is a common occurrence; there is no need to be concerned. Your other item(s) will very certainly be delivered soon. Please send us an email if you have any other concerns.

7. My order has been tampered with.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please notify us as soon as possible and take photos of the damage so that we can send you a replacement for free.

8. What is the period for making a claim on a product?

Under EU consumer law, you are entitled to a minimum 2-year legal guarantee for all goods purchased from us. Please note that this guarantee covers issues that were present at the time of delivery and does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidental damage, or wear and tear. To make a claim, please contact our customer service with your purchase details and a description of the issue.

9. I'd like to modify or cancel my order.

You can modify or cancel your order, right until the moment it has been shipped from our warehouse. Please contact us as soon as possible!
